Description

The Casa Bellavista Bed & Breakfast is immersed in the green hills of Cortona, a short distance from important sites such as Arezzo, Monterchi, Sansepolcro, Camaldoli, Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Siena and the enchanting Umbrian region.

The Bed & Breakfast offers two comfortable reading rooms, created from the ancient stables of Casa Bellavista. The rooms are welcoming and relaxing and offer space for listening to music, reading a book, watching TV or simply enjoying a drink by the fireplace. An ample swimming pool with hydromassage Jacuzzi, a large garden, three free mountain bikes and two free Vespa motorbikes complete the offer of this charming property. Simonetta Demarchi will be glad to offer guests her culinary experience with half-day culinary lessons.

Pink room:
South facing, this room has access to the balcony and views of Montepulciano. It has a king-size bed which can be converted to twins, and bathroom with shower. It is furnished with wardrobe and toilette from the 1800’s and liberty chest of drawers, and completed with armchairs and chairs from the 1800’s and Persian carpet. The walls are pale pink.

Blue room:
Facing northwest, this room has views over Sinalunga, Monte San Savino, Lucignano, Arezzo and Castiglion Fiorentino. It has a queen-size bed which can be converted to twins, and a large bathroom with separate bath and shower and double sinks. It is furnished with pieces from the 1800’s and Persian carpet. The walls are pale blue.

Green room:
North facing, this room has views over Arezzo, Castiglion Fiorentino and Cortona, and looks over the orchard. It has a king-size bed and bathroom with shower. It is furnished with table and wardrobe in liberty style, and completed with chairs from the 1800’s and Persian carpet. The walls are pale green.

Fagiani room:
This new room is into the dependence (20 metres from the B&B) this room has the view over Cortona and the fields. The name means Pheasants room, because you can hear and see the pheasants during the day, Casa Bellavista is into a reserve. It has a queen bed and bathroom with shower. It’s furnished with pieces from the 1800’s wardrobe, toilette and drawers. The walls are pale cream. The carpet are Chinese
