This Tuscany typical two-house independent villa complex with swimming pool is a refreshingly exclusive country retreat. Encompassing a stunning panoramic view across the Valdarno valley from the Estates’ Chianina cattle grazing in the fields below to the distant Tuscany mountains near Siena, Chiocci Alto independent villa sleeps up to 11 people.
The main house, built on three levels is has a fully fitted kitchen, a sitting room and dining room with dramatic views, four double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and dressing room, gymnasium and Turkish-bath.
The smaller house next door offers a kitchen, sitting room and a single bedroom with bathroom downstairs, and a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room upstairs.
The swimming pool, terrace with pool house are surrounded by olive groves and offer the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the breath-taking vista across the valley below.
