Description

In the garden of this Villa which is situated in "El Campello" (Alicante), with an oval shaped swimming pool. The kitchen has access to the back garden which has a brick built barbacue, there are orange trees, a palm tree and flowers, beneath a pergola there is a table and chairs to have meals in the open air, the washing machine is in separate room. There are plastic deck chairs and chairs around the swimming pool. 4 bedrooms, and 3 of them with bathroom in suite.

The lot is about 900m2.

The Villa is situated in a cul-de-sac where there is a small camping site and other villas. The beach of "Muchavista" is about 600m. away and to get there you only have to follow the path towards the sea. There are bars, restaurants and a supermarket in the area. You can walk to the beach as it is not far. The fence of the villa does not allow people to see inside property.
